As a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT), counselling services are covered under many extended medical plans.

Navigating the Coronavirus pandemic

We are in unprecedented times right now, filled with uncertainty, and along with that, stresses and anxieties. 

People are feeling a range of emotions from detached and skeptical, to a deep sense of fear. This can make circumstances even more difficult, trying to navigate how people you love and care for, or know in the community, react so differently. 

In this time, we are aching for grounding - and a place for our concerns and fears to be heard. 

Together, even in just a few sessions, we will work together to bring peacefulness and a deeper sense of connection to your life - with yourself, as well as with friends and family - as you navigate social distancing and isolation.
